This is just a quick update to my article yesterday about using Regex for Partial Date matching and Date Validation in PHP. I have spoken with the owners of Dream World Technology, and (since they are big proponents of open-source, and want to give back to the community) they have agreed to allow me to post the actual code that I am using in WikiHorseWorld.com for the Horse Pedigree section’s date validation.

So as soon as I have time, I will create a follow-up article that shows the actual code, and explains it a bit more in depth (with examples.)
